Welcome to Surreal Holistic Therapy, a local haven of  tranquillity and holistic wellbeing.  The term "surreal" is derived from the French word "surréalisme," which combines "sur-" (meaning "above" or "beyond") , resembling a dreamlike or fantastical state, precisely  how I want each individual  to feel during and after their treatment.

Sustainability is key where the choice of massage oils, creams, and lotions is pivotal.

Opting for products derived from organic, animal cruelty- free, sustainably sourced ingredients not only to minimize the ecological footprint but to also  cater to  clients with sensitivities to synthetic compounds. For instance, we might choose almond, olive or coconut oil

( for an oild blend) over petroleum-based alternatives, or bees wax ,thus supporting sustainable agriculture while providing a hypoallergenic solution .

Our  inclusive, calm and  welcoming environment  provides the perfect space to relax, unwind, and restore balance to mind, body, and spirit. I specialise in a range of professional Body work therapy. For example, Swedish  Massage, Aromatherapy Massage , Reflexology, Holistic Facials, Indian Head  and Hot-stone with the sole purpose  to ease tension and improve circulation
