The frequency of massage therapy sessions depends on your goals and overal heatlh. Here are some general recommndations for how often you should get a massage.
For general wellness-Once every 4-6 weeks.
For stress relief -Once or twice a month
For chronic pain-Weekly sessions might be best
For recent or intense injuries -One 60 minutes massage a week for two to three weeks.
